You can start with one suitable car. From the date you sign up as a fleet owner, your goal for the first 30 days is to recruit and onboard additional approved drivers and vehicles in your area, building a fleet beyond your first car.

Grow according to your capacity: 30, 50, 100 or more drivers can be a longer-term ambition, rather than a requirement for your first month. Set a realistic growth plan around local passenger demand, your ability to support drivers and the resources available to you.

You do not have to own every vehicle in your fleet. Many drivers with their own vehicles are looking for better opportunities. By recruiting in your town or location, you may connect with the drivers you have been looking for and grow your network of approved owner-drivers.

How to get started

1. Introduce your fleet. Send your name, contact number, town, number of vehicles and vehicle types to info@sogeza.com.
2. Confirm the requirements. Our team will explain the onboarding process, required documents, available services and applicable commercial terms.
3. Complete verification. Register the fleet account, vehicles and drivers and submit the requested information for review.
4. Prepare to operate. Once approved, confirm account readiness, driver access and your operating area before accepting trips.

Your role as a fleet owner

Keep vehicles clean, safe and maintained; keep required documents current; support your drivers; and monitor punctuality, customer care and trip records. Agree clearly with each driver on vehicle use, operating costs and payment arrangements.

Clear terms before you start

Fleet participation is subject to verification, service availability and the applicable agreement. Confirm platform charges, any fleet remuneration, the calculation basis and payout arrangements with SOGEZA before activation. Earnings depend on completed trips, demand, vehicle availability and operating costs; a minimum income or volume of work is not guaranteed.
