Hourly Ride Packages are for passenger transport, not parcel delivery. Car Hire & Rentals has its own booking requirements. Select a suitable vehicle for your passengers and luggage, then review the displayed price, payment method and booking details before confirming. Use Scheduled Rides for a future passenger journey. A booking request is subject to driver availability and confirmation. For parcels choose SHILU Courier & Parcels; for furniture and goods choose HOVALA Removals & Freight.

For a corporate transport account or a separately quoted courier, removal or rental booking, confirm the payment arrangement with SOGEZA before the service starts. A displayed payment option does not by itself confirm that a payment has succeeded.

Yes, you can cancel your ride through the app before it starts. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.

Car Hire & Rentals is for hiring a vehicle for an agreed rental period, subject to partner availability and the confirmed rental terms. Check whether a driver is included, the collection and return arrangements, charges, deposit and any mileage limits before accepting the rental. Hourly Ride Packages are passenger journeys with a selected time and distance allowance. Review the package limits and additional charges before booking. An hourly passenger package does not automatically provide a self-drive rental.

Where Scheduled Rides is available, choose it in the SOGEZA customer app and enter your pickup, destination, future date and time. Observe the advance-booking requirements shown in the app and review the price and booking details before submitting. Confirm that your request has been accepted and that the pickup arrangements are agreed before relying on the journey. For airport transfers, provide your flight and luggage details. Use SHILU Scheduled Courier for parcels and HOVALA Scheduled Removals & Freight for goods or furniture.

For a booking problem, use the support options available in the SOGEZA app or select Raise a Ticket on sogeza.com. Include your booking reference, service type, a brief description of the issue and relevant screenshots where appropriate. Never include your password, OTP or full payment-card details. For an immediate safety emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services first; a support ticket is not an emergency response channel. For a SHILU parcel or HOVALA load, include the collection and delivery details so the correct service team can investigate.
